【摘要】 目的:对子宫内膜癌患者康复期进行健康需求调查,分析影响康复的因素,为制定恰当的健康干预提供客观依据。方法:采用诺丁汉健康量表对60例子宫内膜癌患者术后出院时、术后半年、术后1年分别进行健康需求问卷调查、建立健康档案并对调查结果进行分析。结果:子宫内膜癌患者术后在不同时段心理状态,手术、放疗和化疗的相关知识,化疗饮食的注意事项,以及能否定期检查、自我护理常识等有差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过健康需求调查并进行针对性健康教育能提高患者保健知识掌握与患者的遵医行为,降低患者的焦虑情绪,改善患者的生活质量,为社区护理提供客观依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the correlation factors for endometrial cancer patients.Methods:Nortinham healthy measuring scale was used evaluate to assessment 60 cases of endometrial cancer patients postoperatively,sixmonths postoperatively and one year postoperatively,respectively.Results:There were statistically significance in psy-chological status,partner treatment actively,operative knowledge,radiotherapy and chemotherapy correlative knowl-edge,periodic inspection,self-attendance general knowledge etc,in different stage.Conclusion:Postoperative health-y education can elevate quality of life for endometrial cancer patients.更多还原
