【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌术后并发症发生的原因、预防及处理措施。方法:对2004年-2006年手术治疗186例乳腺癌患者资料进行回顾性分析总结,分析发生并发症的原因,提出预防和处理措施。结果:186例乳腺癌术后并发症发生率为24.7%,其中皮瓣坏死14例(7.5%),皮下积液11例(5.9%),患侧上肢轻度肿胀21例(11.3%),经治疗均获痊愈。结论:手术前合理的设计切口,术中仔细操作,适当加压包扎,保持引流负压通畅,术后合理上肢康复训练,对于乳癌根治术后皮下积液、皮瓣坏死、上肢淋巴水肿的防治十分重要,可使乳癌术后并发症的发生降低,使患者及时进行后续治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the causes and management of the complications after breast cancer operation.Methods:Data of 186 surgical treated breast cancer patients between 2004 and 2006 were studied retrospectively,to find the causes of postoperative complications and measures of prevention and management.Results:Occurrence of postoperative complications in 186 breast cancer patients was 24.7%,including epidermal necrosis in 14 cases(7.5%),liquid accumulated under epiderm in 11(5.9%),light degree swell of the illed lateral upper arm in 21(11.3%),all were cured after treatment.Conclusion:Reasonable designing the operation incision,careful operation,wrapping up with pressure and functional exercise are very important for treating subcutaneous liquid,skin flap necrosis and swelling of upper lateral arm.更多还原
