【摘要】 目的:探讨细针抽吸(FNAC)早期诊断乳癌的价值。方法:总结680例乳腺肿块FNAC与其中238例术后病理检查结果相对照。结果:106例FNAC诊断乳癌,全部与术后病检结果相符合。10例漏诊但FNAC均有阳性提示,漏诊率8.5%。结论:FNAC是早期诊断乳房肿块良恶性的可靠方法。由经过细胞学专业训练的病理医生操作FNAC可提高FNAC的临床诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of FNAC in early diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods: Data of 680 breast masses tested by FNAC was summarized,238/680 were compared with pathology results of post-operation.Results: Total of 106 breast cancer diagnosed by FNAC were totally accord with postoperative pathology results,10 were disdiagnoed,disdiagnosis rate was 8.5%.Conclusion: FNAC is an useful method in early diagnosis of breast mass.更多还原
