【摘要】 目的:观察多西紫杉醇联合顺铂方案治疗化疗后复发转移晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:晚期乳腺癌32例其中包括既往应用蒽环类药物治疗18例,非蒽环类药物化疗14例。用多西紫杉醇70mg/m2,第1天静滴,顺铂25mg/m2,第1-3天静滴,21天为1周期,2周期后评价疗效。结果:32例中CR 3例,PR 14例,总有效率为53.1%,中位疾病进展时间9个月,中位生存期17.8个月。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐和脱发,但均可耐受。结论:多西紫杉醇顺铂联合治疗化疗后复发转移的晚期乳腺癌疗效确切,副作用较轻可耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with docetaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer.Methods: Among 32 patients with advanced breast cancer 18 patients previously received chemotherapy based on anthracycline,while the others did not.The regimen used docetaxel 75 mg/m2 iv gtt(d1),cisplatin 25 mg/m2 iv gtt in 3 days(d1-3),repeated every 21 days.The clinical response was assessed after 2 cycles.Results:All the 32 patients can be evaluated and CR 3 cases,PR 14 cases,the overall response rate was 53.1%.The median time to disease progression(TTP) was 9 months,while the median survival time was 17.8 months.The main toxicities included bone marrow suppression,nausea,vomiting and alopecia,but they were tolerable.Conclusion:The chemotherapy based on docetaxel combined with cisplatin is effective in the treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer and toxicities are tolerable.更多还原
