【摘要】 目的:探讨肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及AFP的检测在原发性肝癌(PLC)诊断和疗效评价中的价值。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法、化学法和电化学发光免疫法检测原发性肝癌患者治疗前后血清TNF-α、TSGF、AFP的含量动态变化。结果:PLC患者治疗前血清TSGF、TNF-α和AFP水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月血清TSGF、TNF-α和AFP水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:联合检测TSGF、TNF-α和AFP含量,不仅有助于PLC早期诊断及提高阳性诊断率,而且对治疗PLC的疗效评价和预后判断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of combining tumor specific growth factor(TSGF),tumor necrotic factor(TNF-α) and alpha-feta-protein(AFP) examination in the diagnosis and curative effect of primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),chemistry and electrochemistry luminescence immunoassay were employed to determine the dynamic change of sera TSGF,TNF-α and AFP before and after treatment on PLC patients.Results:The sera levels of TSGF,TNF and AFP in the patients before treatment were significantly higher than normal control.The sera levels of TSGF,TNF-α and AFP in the patients after treatment were significantly reduce.Conclusion:The detection of combining TSGF,TNF and AFP in PLC patients can improve the accurate rate of diagnosis effectively and has an important value in evaluation of the curative effect and prognosis.更多还原
