【摘要】 目的:观察运用中药口服并配合灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法:对60例子宫颈癌经放射治疗后出现放射性直肠炎的患者给予中药口服并配合灌肠治疗,观察其临床效果。结果:治愈27例,占45.0%;显效22例,占36.7%;好转7例,占11.7%;无效4例,占6.7%,总有效率93.3%。结论:采用中药口服配合灌肠是治疗放射性直肠炎较为有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of radiation proctitis by oral use and coloclysis chinese crude drug. Methods: Sixty patients with radiation proctitis after radiation therapy for cervival cancer underwent oral and coloclysis chinese crude drug. Results: The rate of curing was 45.0%(27 cases), 22 pateints(36.7%) had obvious effect than before, 7 patients(11.7%) got better and 4 patients(6.7%) were useless. Total effective rate was 93.3%. Conclusion: Oral use and coloclysis chinese crude drug is effective for radiation proctitis.更多还原
