基质金属蛋白酶-2的表达及微血管密度与宫颈癌侵袭性的相关性
The expression of MMP-2 and the value of MVD in invasive cervical carcinoma
【摘要】 目的:研究宫颈癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达及微血管密度(MVD)与宫颈癌侵袭转移的相关关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,分别测定12例正常宫颈组织、14例宫颈原位癌、56例宫颈浸润癌组织中MMP-2的表达及MVD值。结果:宫颈癌中,MMP-2主要表达于细胞浆和/或细胞膜,CD34主要表达于间质血管内皮细胞。宫颈浸润癌MMP-2表达明显高于宫颈原位癌和正常宫颈组织,宫颈浸润癌组织MVD与宫颈原位癌和正常宫颈组织比较,有显著统计学差异(P=0.000)。MMP-2及MVD与临床分期、组织学类型、细胞分化程度及淋巴结转移均有一定关系。结论:MMP-2在宫颈癌的浸润和转移中发挥了重要作用,MVD值增高与肿瘤进展有密切关系,可作为观察宫颈癌进展的重要指标。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and microvessel density(MVD) in cervical cancer and their correlation with clinic-pathologic features. Methods: The expression of MMP-2 and MVD was detected by immunothistochemical method in 12 NCE cases, 14 CIS cases and 56 ICC cases. Results: MMP-2 protein was expressed in membrane and/or cytolymph, CD34 was expressed in vascular endothelial cell of stromal. Compared to those in CIS and NCE, the expression of MMP-2 in ICC was significant higher. Compared to those in CIS and NCE, the MVD in ICC was significant higher. The expression of MMP-2 and the value of MVD were associated with clinical stage,histological types,cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The expression of MMP-2 and the value of MVD maybe have key roles in progression of cervical cancer, and acted as indexes in cervical cancer.
