【摘要】 目的:探讨阴囊Paget病的外科治疗。方法:23例阴囊皮肤病变的患者,活检证实为阴囊Paget病,在抗感染治疗基础上,均采用病灶广泛切除术治疗,并采用原位、转移皮瓣覆盖创面;活检证实有淋巴结转移者行淋巴结清扫术;未能切除的淋巴结转移癌行放射性粒子植入术治疗。结果:A1期9例,A2期6例,B期6例,C期2例。共行24次手术,1例术后复发者行二次手术治疗。结论:对经久不愈的阴囊皮肤病变应尽早行活检确诊,病灶广泛切除术是治疗本病的最佳手段。放射性粒子植入术是治疗未能切除的淋巴结转移癌较有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the surgical treatment of scrotum Paget disease.Methods:Twenty-three patients with scrotal skin lesions confirmed as scrotum Paget disease by biopsy were carried out the treatment of wide lesion excision on the basis of the anti-infection and the wound surfaces were covered with orthotopic and metastatic flap treatment.The patients with lymph node metastases confirmed by biopsy were performed by lymph node excision but the unresectable lymphatic metastatic cancer was carried out the treatment of radioactive particle implantation.Results: There were 9 cases in stage A1,6 cases in stage Af2,6 cases in stage B and 2 cases in stage C.The surgery was totally undertaken for 24 times but only 1 case was done a second time because of postoperative recurrence.Conclusions: The patients with scrotal skin lesions who couldn’t recover for a long time should be diagnosed by biopsy as early as possible and the wide lesion excision might be the best means of curing the disease.And radioactive particle implantation might be an effective means of curing the unresectable lymphatic metastatic cancer.更多还原
