【摘要】 目的:筛选一种适宜人淋巴细胞生长的天然培养基。方法:在冰冻漏出液中添加不同浓度的小牛血清为实验组的培养液,以培养基RPMI 1640作为对照组,体外常规培养25例人外周血淋巴细胞。结果:与对照组比较,实验组的淋巴细胞转化率、分裂相质量、有丝分裂指数等指标无显著差异;不含血清的漏出液与含血清的漏出液比较,淋巴细胞转化率、分裂相质量、有丝分裂指数等指标无显著差异。结论:不添加血清的漏出液更适宜淋巴细胞生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To filtrate a nature culture medium suitable for the growth of human lymphocytes.Methods:25 cases of human peripheral lymphocytes were cultured on frigorific transudate medium plus calf serum of different concentration by means of routine methods.And the same cells cultured on RPMI-1640 medium were as the control.Results:Transudate medium group compared with RPMI-1640 medium group,there were no significant difference in the lymphocyte transformation rate,the mitotic figure and the mitotic index of cultivated lymphocytes;Transudate medium plus calf serum group compared with transudate medium group,and there were no significant difference in the lymphocyte transformation rate,the mitotic figure and the mitotic index of cultivated lymphocytes.Conclusion:Transudate medium is more suitable for the growth of human lymphocytes,no need for adding serum in this medium.更多还原
