【摘要】 目的探讨应用带蒂睾丸鞘膜重建尿道的可行性。方法对12例同时合并有睾丸鞘膜积液的尿道下裂患者采用带蒂睾丸鞘膜一期修复尿道。结果除1例并发尿瘘外,余11例均获痊愈,无尿道狭窄,阴囊阴茎外观满意,阴茎伸展自如。结论带蒂睾丸鞘膜血供好,重建尿道修复同时合并有睾丸鞘膜积液的尿道下裂疗效确切,操作简单。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of perididymis skin flap in reconstruction of urethra. Methods Twelve patients with hypospadias complic hydrocele testis were repaired by perididymis pedicle skin flap. Results Of 12 patients,one patient was complicated with urinary fistula,11 recovered without urethral stricture and their angles of penis to scrotum were normal. Conclusion The flap is easily developed with reliable blood supply.Reconstruction of urethra is a simple,convenient and effective technique for hypospadias complic hydrocele testis.更多还原
