【摘要】 目的观察清心冲剂Ⅰ号对于抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症有无增效作用及其对抗精神病药物引起副反应的影响。方法根据中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版CCMD-3选取样本,随机分组,其中将实验1组采用清心冲剂Ⅰ号合并新型抗精神病药物利培酮、奥氮平治疗(n=104),对照1组采用新型抗精神病药物利培酮、奥氮平治疗(n=102);实验2组采用清心冲剂Ⅰ号合并传统抗精神病药物氯丙嗪、氯氮平治疗(n=98),对照2组采用传统抗精神病药物氯丙嗪、氯氮平治疗(n=102)。观察疗程8周,在治疗前及治疗后2、4、8周采用阳性及阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价疗效。用副作用量表(TESS)评价药物不良反应。结果治疗8周末,实验组与对照组总体疗效(有效率、显效率)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组与对照组间比较,PANSS总分,阴性症状分,一般症状分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组的阳性症状分较对照组明显减低(P<0.05);实验组副反应的发生率较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论清心冲剂Ⅰ号对于抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症有增效作用,可以改善精神分裂症患者的阳性症状。清心冲剂Ⅰ号能够减少抗精神药物所致的不良反应的发生率,因此在精神分裂症的治疗中有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the add-on therapeutic effect of the self-dispense herb formula-Qingxinchongji-Ⅰcombined with antipsychotropics in treatment of schizophrenia,and to observe its effect on side effects of antipsychotropics.Methods All the subjects diagnosed as schizophrenia according to CCMD-3 diagnosis standard were randomized into 4 groups:treatment group 1(Qing-xinchongji-Ⅰ combined with risperidone or olanzapine)and control group 1 without Qingxinchongji-Ⅰ;treatment group 2(Qingxinchongji-Ⅰ combined with sulpiride or clozapine)and control group 2 without Qingxinchongji-Ⅰ.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks.PANSS and TESS were used to evaluate therapeutic effects and side effects before and after treatment for 2,4,6,8 weeks,respectively.Results Total efficacy had no significant difference between treatment groups and control groups after 8-week treatment(P>0.05).The total scores,negative syndrome and general syndrome of PANSS between treatment groups and control groups had no significant difference before and after treatment for 8 weeks(P>0.05).The positive syndrome scores of PANSS between treatment groups and control groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The positive syndrome scores and the rates of side effects of antipsychotics in treatment groups were significantly lower than in control groups.Conclusion Qingxinchongji-Ⅰ has add-on effect for antipsychotics in treatment of schizophrenia,especially effective for the positive symptoms of schizophrenia.It can reduce the side effects of antipsychotropics and has clinical value in treatment of schizophrenia.更多还原
