高校图书馆信息的科研转换机制研究
On Transforming University Library Information into Research Output
【摘要】 高校图书馆的信息的科研转换一直是科研管理和图书馆管理的一项重要内容。本文首先阐述了图书情报资料是科学研究的奠基石,通过研究信息的转换过程,提出了图书馆利用其情报资料参与科学研究的具体措施和对策。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes that university library database and information is the cornerstone of scientific research.Focusing on the process of information transformation,the author discusses some effective measures to channel library information into scientific research work.
