双酚A对中国林蛙排精和受精的影响

【摘要】 为评价环境雌激素双酚A(BPA)对中国林蛙排精和受精的影响,将中国林蛙(Ranachensinesis)雄性成体分别暴于含5×10-7和5×10-8mol/L BPA水体中,用5×10-8、5×10-10mol/L E2水体作为阳性对照,1‰乙醇为溶剂对照;同时将雌性成体暴露在含5×10-7、5×10-8mol/L BPA水体中62 d,观察统计雌性排卵、雄性排精情况及胚胎的孵化率.结果显示,BPA对雌性成体排卵没有影响.但在雄性成体,BPA和E2处理影响林蛙的排精,经组织切片观察,精巢中仅少量精子脱落在管腔中,大部分精子仍附着在生精小管的支持细胞上,未能排放;而空白对照和乙醇对照组林蛙精巢内的大部分精子已经排空.说明BPA能抑制中国林蛙雄性成体的精子排放,从而影响授精.

【Abstract】 To study the influence of bisphenol A(BPA) on spermiation and fecundation of Rana chensinesis,adult male R.chensinesis were exposed to BPA(5×10-7,5×10-8mol/L),using E2(5×10-9,5×10-10mol/L) and 1‰ ethanol as control and solvent control,additionally the adult females were exposed to BPA(5×10-7,5×10-8mol/L) for 62 days to observe female ovulation,male spermiation and embryo hatching rate.The results show that BPA has not nearly the effect on female ovulation.From the observation of male spermary by light microscope.The findings indicate that most spermatophore still in the wall of seminiferous tubules supported by sertoli cell for BPA and E2 groups.However,for solvent control and control group,most spermatia have released from the tubules.All the above observations proved that BPA can inhibit spermiation of R.chensinesis,resulting in inhibition of incubation and fecundation.
