大鼠腓肠肌P94重复运动后变化规律的研究
Study of the Changeable Regular Pattern of the Big Mouse Calf Intestine P94 Rept Movement
【摘要】 研究慢性重复运动对大鼠腓肠肌中P94 mRNA及蛋白质表达的影响,分析其与运动量及与肌肉损伤之间的关系。将64只大鼠随机分为不运动对照组和重复运动组,重复运动组又分为大运动量和中等运动量组,均进行3周、5周、7周和9周的重复运动。结果显示:重复运动后,各组大鼠腓肠肌组织学出现不同程度的损伤表现,P94 mRNA及蛋白质表达在运动后呈下降趋势。推测P94可能与肌肉损伤的修复有关,长时间重复性运动可使P94对运动产生适应。
【Abstract】 Study the influence of slowly rept movement for the big mouse calf intestine P94MRNA and protein expression,analyse its relation between quantity in motion and muscle injuring.The result shows: After the rept movement,every group of big mouse calf intestine organization appeared defferont injuring.P94MRNA and protein expression present a decline in tendency.By inference,long time rept movement can bring about of conform to P94.
