【摘要】 选用小叶锦鸡儿花药为材料进行愈伤组织诱导,结果表明,MS附加6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 3.0mg/L组合对愈伤组织形成的效果最好,与其他处理比较达到1%显著差异,愈伤率可达13%以上。低温预处理3 d花药愈伤率最高,热激预处理1 d花药愈伤率最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,induction of Caragana microphylla Lam the anther culture callus were studied.The results showed that: MS medium complementing with 6-BA 1.0mg/L+ 2,4-D 3.0 mg/L is the best optimum medium for inducing callus,the rate of callus was 13%.At the same time,the disposal of pretreatment of temperature at 4 ℃ in 3 d and at 30 ℃ in 1 d are the best fitting optimum.更多还原
