黄腐酸对无子西瓜种子萌发和根系生长的影响

【摘要】 无子西瓜的三低问题即采种量低、发芽率低、成苗率低是生产者非常棘手的问题。为解决上述问题,研究了黄腐酸处理无子西瓜种子对其萌发和根系生长的作用。结果表明:一定浓度的黄腐酸能显著促进无子西瓜的发芽率和根系生长,增强其苗期长势;但浓度过高则起抑制作用。对于不同品种无子西瓜,最适宜黄腐酸浓度不尽相同。

【Abstract】 The three-low problems of aspermous watermelon-the low collecting seed rate,low germinated rate and low seedling rate have been an intractable problem to producers.In order to solve the above problems,this experiment discussed the function of fulvic acid treatment on the seeds of aspermous watemelon to its budding and growth of root.The results showed that appropriate concentration of fulvic acid could dramatically promote the germination capacity and the growth of root and could enhance during seedling stage.However, if the concentration of Fulvic Acid was too high it would restrain the growth of aspermous watermelon.To various species of aspermous watermelon,the appropriate concentration of fulvic acid was different.
