【摘要】 目的:分析老年人梗阻性黄疸的临床特点,探讨围手术期的预防措施。方法:回顾性分析本院1991年—2006年手术治疗的老年人梗阻性黄疸167例,其中胆石病94例,恶性肿瘤73例。结果:胆石病治愈65例,出现并发症29例;恶性肿瘤术后生存期3~6个月30例,7~12个月20例,12~24个月13例,24~36个月10例,平均生存期12.5个月,无手术死亡。结论:老年人梗阻性黄疸的术后并发症与术前体质基础有关,积极做好围手术期的处理,可以明显改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze clinical characteristic of obstructive jaundice in elder,and to investigate protective measure during operation.Methods:167 elders with obstructive jaundice from 1991 to 2006 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,including 94 cases with cholelith and 73 cases with malignant tumor.Results:65 cases with cholelith were cured,and 29 cases emerged complication;survival time after operation were different,it was 3～6 months in 30 cases with malignant tumor,and 7～12 months in 20 cases,12～24 months in13 cases,24～36 months in 10 cases,mean survival time was 12.5 months,no case died during operation.Conclusion:Postoperation complication was due to their worse general conditions,and its prognosis could be improved by making the management of perioperative course better.更多还原
