【摘要】 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在下肢及下腔静脉闭塞性疾病中的应用价值。方法:本组临床资料共16例,包括下肢深静脉血栓3例,下肢血栓性静脉炎10例,下腔静脉血栓2例,下腔静脉节段性闭塞1例。经足背静脉或股静脉注入稀释造影剂100mL对比剂,然后行CT扫描。扫描条件为层厚3.2mm,重建间隔1.6mm,螺距1.25。对原始数据进行VR、MIP、SSD、MPR等三维重建。结果:下肢深静脉及下腔静脉血栓患者清晰显示静脉内充满血栓,造影剂分别经浅静脉、肠系膜上静脉及椎旁静脉引流。血栓性静脉炎病例血管成像清晰显示深静脉不规则狭窄,浅静脉等侧支静脉迂曲扩张。结论:CT血管成像可以明确显示下肢及下腔静脉病变以及所导致的继发性血流改变,有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the value of multislice heical CT in detecting venou system disease of lower extremity and IVC.Methods:CT angiography of lower extremity vein and IVC was performed in 16 patients,including 3 cases of lower extremity DVT,10 cases of thrombophlebitis,2 cases of IVC thrombsis and 1 case of segmental obstruction of IVC.CT scan started at the time of 40 s to 50 s after the initiation of 100 mL contrast media injection through the vein of back of foot or femoral vein.CT scanning parameters were used at 3.2 mm slice thickness,1.6 mm reconstruction interval and 1.25 pitch.Postprocession technique including VR、MIP、SSD、MPR.Results:Thrombosis of lower extremity vein and IVC were clearely identified as filling defect.Thrombophlebitis were identified as venous occlusive or stenosis.Dilated collateral vein can also be displayed.Conclusion:MSCT is of a positive clinical value in detecting lower extremity venous system and IVC diseases.更多还原
