【摘要】 目的:探讨工娱治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:将符合CCMD—3的100例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。两组均使用抗精神病药物,研究组辅以12周的工娱治疗。两组于治疗前后采用阴性症状量表(SANS)、护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)及世界卫生组织生活质量表(WHO·QOL—100)进行评定。结果:治疗后研究组SANS总分及各因子分均明显下降;NOSIE总分及消极因素分明显下降而积极因素分明显上升;生活质量表评定除心理领域、精神支柱外,其它各领域评分均明显提高;而对照组各项评分均无明显变化。结论:工娱治疗对慢性精神分裂症有明显疗效,有利于改善精神分裂症患者的生活质量,有利于患者重返社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study the effects and the quality of life of occupational and recreational treatment in chronic schizophrenia.Methods:100 chronic patients who had admitted CCMD—3 werc randomly assigned into intervention group(n= 50)and control group(n=50).The intervention group was combined occupational and recreational treatment,the control group was used antipsychotics only.The allotted time of the study was 12 weeks.The efficacy and the quality of life were valuated with the SANS、NOSIE、and WHO·QOL—100 before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,the average SANS total score and subscale decreased signicantly in the intervention group; The average NOSIE total score and passive factor score decreased significantly,active factor score increased significantly in the intervention group;The scores of WHO·QOL—100 except psychological domain and spirit domain in intervention group were increased significantly;But no signlhcantly change was found in the control group.Conclusions:Occupational and recreational treatment have obvious curative effect and improve the quality of life and return to society in chronic schizophrenia.更多还原
