【摘要】 目的:探讨eIF4E在喉鳞癌(LSCC)中的表达及其与LSCC的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测52例蜡块LSCC组织、20例喉黏膜不典型增生组织、30例喉良性增生组织及10例正常喉黏膜组织中eIF4E基因蛋白的表达情况;用Western-blot法检测20例新鲜LSCC标本的癌中心区(TC)、过渡区(TR)及病理证实的无癌区(TF)中eIF4E的表达情况。结果:免疫组织化学法检测示:eIF4E在LSCC中表达的阳性率为100.0%,显著高于对照组。Western-blot法检测显示:eIF4E在TF、TR及TC的表达水平呈进行性增高。结论:过度表达的eIF4E是LSCC恶性改变及判断其恶性程度的一个分子标志,可为LSCC的基因治疗提供一定的理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The expression of eIF4E were studied by detection their expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC).Methods:An immunohistochemical analysis with antibodies to eIF4E was performed on Fifty-two specimens of the LSCC,Twenty specimens of dysplasia,Thirty specimens of hyperplasia and ten specimens of normal mucosa;Western-blot analysis was performed on tumor core,transition core,tumor-free core of twenty specimens of fresh LSCC using anti-eIF4E,antiserums.Results:All fifty-two patients(100%) overexpressed eIF4E in the LSCC,they were remarkably higher than that in the control groups.The expression of eIF4E protein level from tumor-free core,transition core and tumor core of LSCC appeared progressive overexpression.Conclusion:Overexpression of eIF4E may be a molecular marker of malignant transformation and progression.更多还原
