New field of nursing research:Self-management
【摘要】 分析了自我管理的定义、意义及自我管理模式的内涵、理论基础、慢性病自我管理模式及其应用进展。
【Abstract】 It introduced the definition and the meaning of self-management.It introduced the connotation and theoretical basis of self-management mode.And it introduced self-management mode for chronic illnesses patients and its application progress as well.
