【摘要】 [目的]探讨复方通便膏敷脐联合腹部按摩应用于化疗病人预防化疗后便秘的效果。[方法]选择108例化疗病人,按化疗顺序随机分为两组,对照组50例采用化疗后常规护理,观察组58例除常规护理外,于化疗第1天开始实施复方通便膏敷脐联合腹部按摩,每天1次,直至化疗结束;比较两组护理干预后不同时间段排便情况、便秘发生率及应用开塞露的比率。[结果]观察组护理干预后12h、24h、48h、72h内的排便率明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);在便秘发生和使用开塞露或通便药物等方面,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]复方通便膏敷脐联合腹部按摩预防肿瘤病人化疗后便秘效果理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the effect of compound purgative cream combined with abdomen massaging to prevent chemotherapy induced constipation of patients.Methods:A total of 108 patients undergoing chemotherapy were divided into control and test group(50 cases each)randomly based on their chemotherapy sequence.Routine nursing care after chemotherapy was carried out for control group cases.Besides that,compound purgative cream combined with abdomen massaging were carried out daily from the first day to the end of chemotherapy for patients of test group.Then the defecation,incidence of constipation and ratio of applying Kaiselu of both groups cases were compared with each other.Results:The defecation rates of test group patients at 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after applying compound purgative cream were much higher than that of control group at the corresponding time points respectively(P<0.05 orP<0.01).There were statistical significant differences in terms of constipation occurrence and using Kaiselu or purgative drugs between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compound purgative cream local applying combined with abdomen massaging for patients to prevent chemotherapy induced constipation could gain ideal effect.更多还原
