【摘要】 [目的]探讨经络操加活络油刺激穴位对脑卒中早期康复疗效的影响。[方法]将80例脑卒中病人随机分成实验组和对照组,各40例,对照组给予脑卒中常规护理,实验组按脑卒中常规护理外,同时进行经络操运动加活络油刺激穴位。每周对两组病人进行运动功能及日常生活能力评定,将所得数据运用SPSS10.0统计软件进行数据分析。[结果]在给予干预措施2个月后两组肢体运动功能和日常生活能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组各项指标均优于对照组。[结论]经络操运动加活络油刺激穴位,可提高脑卒中病人自理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the effect of meridian exercises and activating collaterals oil stimulating acupoints on early rehabilitation effect of cerebral apoplexy patients.Methods:A total of 80 cerebral apoplexy patients were randomly divided into test and control group 40 cases each.Patients of control group were given routine nursing care.Patients of test group were carried out meridian exercises and activating collaterals oil to stimulate acupoints besides the routine nursing care.Motor function and daily living ability of all cases were evaluated every week.And all data of them were analyzed by adopting SPSS 10.0 software.Results:There were statistical significant differences in terms of both extremity motor function and daily living ability between the two group cases 2 months after intervention(P<0.01).Every indexes of test group patients were better than that of control group.Conclusion:Meridian exercises and activating collaterals oil to stimulate acupoints could enhance daily living self-care ability of cerebral apoplexy patients.更多还原
