【摘要】 [目的]预防和减少化疗药物致局部毒性反应的发生。[方法]对320例肿瘤化疗病人随机分为观察组和对照组各160例,观察组采用锁骨下静脉置管化疗,对照组采用外周静脉留置针化疗,观察两组沿静脉走向区域局部毒性反应情况。[结果]对照组出现局部毒性反应发生率为75%,观察组局部毒性反应发生率为0。两组比较,χ2=192,P<0.01。[结论]锁骨下静脉穿刺置管化疗优于外周静脉化疗,但掌握好局部解剖位置和操作要领是锁骨下静脉置管成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prevent and to reduce the occurrence of chemotherapy induced local toxic reaction for tumor patients. Methods: A total of 320 tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were divided into test and control group (160 cases each) randomly.Patients of test group were given intravenous chemotherapy by detaining catheter in subclavian vein. Patients of control group were accepted chemotherapy by detaining needle in peripheral vein. Then toxic reactions in local area along the vein of all cases have been observed. Results:The incidence of local toxic reaction in control group patients was 75%,whereas that of test group was zero.χ2=192,P<0.01. Conclusion:Intravenous chemotherapy for tumor patients by detaining catheter in subclavian vein is better than that by peripheral vein detaining needle. However, the key points are to grasp both the local anatomical position and main points of manipulation well for successful detaining catheter in subclavian vein for tumor patients.更多还原
