【摘要】 [目的]从康复效果和成本效益等方面,探讨不同坐浴时间对痔疮术后切口愈合的影响,寻求适宜的坐浴时间。[方法]将100例痔术后病人按随机数字表分为两组,分别用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴5min(实验组)和20min(对照组),1个疗程(5d)后对比切口疼痛、水肿、出血、创面肉芽生长情况以及住院时间和住院费用。[结果]实验组病人疼痛、水肿程度轻,创面肉芽组织生长良好,住院时间和住院费用低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]适宜地缩短坐浴时间可减轻病人切口疼痛、水肿,促进切口愈合,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the influence of different sitz bath times on postoperative incision of haemorrhoids patients from aspects of both rehabilitation effect and cost efficiency, to find a suitable sitz bath time for patients.Methods: A total of 100 haemorrhoids patients after undergoing operation were randomly divided into test and control group based on random digits table. Test and control group cases were given 1∶5 000 potassium permanganate sitz bath for 5 minutes and 20 minutes respectively. Five days after treatment (one course of treatment), the incision pain, edema, hemorrhage and wound surface granulation growth state, hospitalization time and hospitalization expense of two group cases were compared with each other.Results: In terms of incision pain, edema and wound surface granulation growth, patients of test group were better than that of control group cases (P<0.01). Either the length of stay or cost of hospitalization of test group patients were less than that of control group cases (P<0.01). Conclusion: Suitably shortening the sitz bath time for haemorrhoids patients after undergoing operation could relieve postoperative incision pain and edema, promote the healing of incision, shorten the length of stay and decrease the hospitalization expenses for them更多还原
