【Abstract】 With the increase of health demand of people and role functional change of nursing staff,critical thinking ability has become an essential ability of nursing staffs at present.Nursing educators have paid more attention on cultivating the critical thinking ability of students.However,a few researches have been searched about training on nursing staff on their critical thinking ability.Therefore,this article has summarized literatures on critical thinking of nursing staff in recent years,and provided some bases for future study on this aspect.更多还原
