【摘要】 [目的]分析肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)术后病人肝功能、电解质等血生化指标的变化。[方法]采用自身对照法,对62例住院行TACE治疗病人治疗前后的血钾、血钠、血氯、血钙、血糖、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、血清白蛋白和总蛋白的化验指标进行配对t检验和多元逐步回归分析。[结果]TACE术后病人血钾降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素和直接胆红素均增高,血清白蛋白和总蛋白均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后血钾的变化与血清白蛋白、血糖和丙氨酸氨基转移酶的变化有关,血清白蛋白的变化与总蛋白、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶和血钾的变化有关。[结论]TACE术后病人存在血钾降低及肝功能进一步受损。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the changes of blood biochemical indexes such as liver function and electrolytes of patients after undergoing hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods:By adopting own control,paired t-test and polynary stepwise regression analysis were carried out for indexes including serum potassium,serum sodium,serum chloride,serum calcium,blood sugar,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,serum albumin and total serum protein of a total of 62 hospitalized patients before and after TACE.Results:Serum potassium of patients after undergoing TACE decreased.There was statistical significant difference(P<0.05).And alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin and direct bilirubin of patients were all increased after undergoing TACE.However,either serum albumin or total serum protein decreased.There were statistical significant difference(P<0.05).The postoperative changes of serum potassium of patients were related to changes of serum albumin,blood sugar and alanine aminotransferase.And the change of serum albumin of patents was related to the change of their total serum protein,aspartate aminotransferase and serum potassium.Conclusion:The serum potassium of patients after undergoing TACE decreased and liver functions of them were damaged further.更多还原
