【摘要】 [目的]了解脑卒中病人的自我护理能力及其相关影响因素。[方法]采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)中文版对110例无意识及言语障碍的脑卒中病人进行调查。[结果]ESCA各维度得分由低到高依次为:自护责任感、自我概念、自护技能、健康知识水平,对自护责任感有影响的是年龄、文化程度,对自我概念有影响的是性别,对自护技能和健康知识水平有影响的是职业。[结论]脑卒中病人自我护理能力水平较低,护理人员应重视不同年龄、文化程度及职业的影响,增强病人信心,提高病人自我护理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know about self-care agency of cerebral apoplexy patients and its related influencing factors.Methods:A total of 110 cerebral apoplexy patients without conscious disturbance and speech disorder were selected and investigated by adopting Chinese version of ESCA.Results:The scores of all dimensions of ESCA from low to high in order were self-care consciousness of responsibility,self concept,self-care skills,health knowledge level.The influencing factors of self-care consciousness of responsibility were age and education degree.The influencing factor of self concept was gender.And influencing factors of self-care skills and health knowledge level was occupation.Conclusion:The level of self-care agency of cerebral apoplexy patients was lower.Nursing staffs should think highly of the influence of different ages,different education degrees and occupations on self-care agency of cerebral apoplexy patients,so as to enhance the confidence of patients and to enhance their self-care agency.更多还原
