聚丙烯酰胺冻胶酸的制备与应用研究

【摘要】 以有机锆、聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和盐酸所组成的冻胶酸体系,具有较好的耐温性(50~70℃凝胶时间递减迅速,70~90℃,凝胶时间递减幅度较小)、粘弹性、对岩石的腐蚀性(仅为1.0%左右)和与各种交联剂的配伍性(交联剂G-4用量为1.0%~1.5%;G-5,G-6,G-7用量为0.5%~1.0%时冻胶酸的交联程度率最大,则它对岩石的腐蚀率越小)。适合在低于90℃的情况下进行酸化压裂作业,破胶后的残渣含量少,有利于残酸返排,对优化现场酸压设计有借鉴作用和指导意义。

【Abstract】 Gel sour system composed by the organic zirconium,HPAM and the hydrochloric acid,has the good heat resistance(between temperature in 50~70 ℃ gelatin time decreasing progressively to be rapid,between temperature in 70~90 ℃,gelatin time decreasing progressively scope is small),the viscoelasticity to the rock corrosiveness(is only about 1.0%) and with each kind of crosslinking agent compatibility(the crosslinking agent G-4 amount used is 1.0%~1.5%,the G-5,G-6,G-7 use level is 0.5%~1.0% when the crossing linking degree rate of gel acid is biggest,then it is smaller to the rock of corrosion) it is suitable for carrying acid fracturing when temperature is below 90 ℃,fewer residual,and has guiding significance for site acid pressure design.
