歧化松香木薯淀粉酯的微波合成及表征

【摘要】 在微波辐照下,以吡啶为溶剂和催化剂,经歧化松香酰氯和木薯淀粉的O-酰化反应合成得到歧化松香木薯淀粉酯。探讨了各种因素对产物取代度的影响,用元素分析、FT-IR、SEM、TG-DTA和XRD对目标产物进行了分析和表征,并测试了目标产物的溶解性能、防水性能。结果表明,最佳合成条件为淀粉活化时间1.5 h,反应温度100℃,反应时间2.5 h,吡啶用量25 mL,歧化松香酰氯与淀粉葡萄糖单元羟基的摩尔比3∶1,微波功率800 W。淀粉经歧化松香酯化改性后,结晶度降低,热稳定性提高,溶解性得到改善,并具有良好的疏水性,有望在防水涂料和塑料中得到应用。

【Abstract】 In the presence of pyridine as solvent and catalyst,disproportionated rosin-cassava starch ester(DRCSE) was synthesized by the O-acylation reaction of disproportionated rosin chloride with cassava starch under microwave irradiation.Effects of various factors on the degree of substitution(DS) of the target product were investigated.The target product was analyzed and characterized by means of elemental analysis,FT-IR,SEM,TG-DTA and XRD,and the optimum synthetic conditions were found to be as follows:activation time of starch 1.5 h,reaction temperature 100 ℃,reaction time 2.5 h,pyridine dosage 25 mL,mole ratio 3 ∶1,microwave power 800 W.Furthermore,its solubility,water-repellancy and resistance to acids and bases were determined.The result showed that,compared with the raw starch,the crystal degree of the target product decreased,and its thermal stability increased.At the same time,its solubility,and hydrophobicity were well improved.So the disproportionated rosin-cassava starch ester can be hopefully used in waterproof coating and plastic.
