【Abstract】 RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of S-adenosyl-L-methionine.The analysis was performed with a Luna C-18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)and 100% 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate(pH=4 adjusted with acetic acid) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.A diode arry detector was used and the detection wave length was 254 nm.The calibratin curve was linear over a range from 200~800 μg/mL(r=0.999 7).The detection limit is 2.3 ng.更多还原
