【Abstract】 Combined the effective demand of the engineering construction management of the upper reservoir of the pump storage power station, a management system development mode based on the level of project is put forward, the information-based management system of that engineering is build up in the meantime. This system dynamically manages the construction information of progress, resources, cost etc., manages and analyzes visually the engineering construction layout, and makes it easy and direct to see the construction progress.
