2008年电网冰灾覆冰及倒塔特征分析
Analysis of the Features of Covered Ice and Collapsed Tower of Transmission Line Snow and Ice Attacked in 2008
【摘要】 对2008年造成电网严重冰雪灾害的气象条件和线路覆冰特征进行了分析说明。根据国家电网公司系统500kV线路倒塔的分类统计,分析了倒塌铁塔在塔型、地形地貌、设计条件等方面的主要分布特征。根据覆冰荷载对铁塔的作用模式,分析阐明了铁塔被压坏、拉坏、扭坏以及拉扭共同作用破坏等几种典型破坏的基本特征。最后还从设计角度提出提高线路抗覆冰能力的建议。
【Abstract】 In this paper, meteorological and physical features of snow and ice, that caused great damage to transmission line in the year 2008, are illustrated. Distribution laws of the collapsed towers about tower type, terrain and its features, and design factors are shown according to the statistical figures of 500 kV transmission lines of SGCC. The essential features of tower collapsing caused by the ice are explained based on the model of the ice load acting on the tower. And some suggestions of promoting the capability of resistant ice of transmission line are given from the point of design.
