【Abstract】 Under the standard trade models,this paper examines the effects of vertical specialization on patterns of specialization and trade,on national welfare and on factor prices.Results are as follows: vertical specialization makes the comparative advantage deep into intra-product,and makes the patterns of specialization and trade complex.The patterns of specialization and trade may be inconsistent with one country’s original comparative advantage.Vertical specialization increases world welfare,and may hurt one country’s welfare by turning its terms of trade against it.The effects on relative factor prices are uncertain.In the end,the authors put forward the inspiration of vertical specialization to China.更多还原
