【摘要】 寿险公司销售人力的资源配置是涉及多个阶段的决策行为。而动态规划是解决多阶段决策问题较为有效的数学方法,它可以将某个系统的运行过程分为若干个阶段,利用最优化原理建立基本方程,使目标函数达到最优,并求出最优解。利用动态规划相关理论建立模型,可以解决寿险公司销售人力分配中的最优化问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disposition of the human resources in the life insurance company is a decision-making behavior which involves many stages.On the other hand,the dynamic programming is a more effective mathematical method to solve the muti-stage decision-making problems,it can divide the operating process of a system into some stages.Implementing the optimization principle,it establishes the fundamental equation,enables the target function to achieve the best performance,and obtains the optimal solution.In this paper,we use the corresponding theories of dynamic programming to build the model,try to solve the optimization problem of the allocation of sales human resources in the life insurance company.更多还原
