水杨酸对水华鱼腥藻的化感抑制作用及相关毒理学的初步研究
A preliminary study on Anabena flos-aquae minitigation of salicylic acid and its related toxicity
【摘要】 研究了不同浓度的水杨酸对水华鱼腥藻生长的影响以及对鲤鱼的毒性作用。结果表明,一定浓度的水杨酸能有效抑制水华鱼腥藻的生长;抑藻作用的最佳浓度为0.6mmol/L,用该浓度的水杨酸溶液处理鲤鱼1周后,鲤鱼血清中的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性没有明显影响,对肝脏、鳃和肌肉中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及膜脂过氧化产物(MDA)的活性也没有明显影响,提示水杨酸对鲤鱼无毒性作用,对水华治理有一定的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Allelopathic effect of salicylic acid on Anabena flos-aquae and the toxicity on Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus were investigated.The results showed that the growth of algae was inhibited by salicylic acid of certain concentration.The optimal inhibitory concentration was 0.6 mmol/L.Acute toxic effect of optimal concentration of salicylic acid on carp was studied.The activities of serum AST,ALT,GGT and ALP and liver,gill and muscle SOD activity and MDA content of carp did not changed at optirnal salicylic acid concentration.As a result,salicylic acid did not have an acute toxic effect on carp,which indicated that salicylic acid had some applicable prospect in control water bloom.
