乙酰胆碱酯酶基因工程技术研究进展

【摘要】 乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)是一种催化乙酰胆碱分解的水解酶。它与有机磷农药有特异反应。利用AchE基因工程技术进行有机磷农药的快速检测、人类疾病防治、生态环境保护和昆虫的抗药性等方面的研究具有非常重要的意义。该文综述了当前国内外有关AchE的基因克隆技术与表达系统的研究进展,并对AchE转基因技术的现状和问题进行了分析讨论。展望了AChE基因工程技术在农药快速检测、环境保护、人类疾病防治等领域中的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) was an acetylcholine hydrolase which had a high insensitivity and a better dose-effect relationship to organophosphate.AChE genetic engineering played an important role in organophosphate pesticide residue fast detection technology,human disease preventing and remedying,ecological environment protection and insecticide resistance in insects.Gene clone technology and expression system of AChE were reviewed in the paper.In the meantime,the status quo and problems about transgenic technology of AChE also were discussed in detail.At last,Perspectives of AChE genetic engineering were pointed out.
