【摘要】 目的应用跨关节外固定架联合有限内固定治疗严重胫骨Pilon骨折。方法对58例严重胫骨Pilon骨折采用跨关节外固定架联合小切口有限内固定进行治疗。结果本组58例中优27例,良18例,可9例,差4例,总优良率77.6%。骨折的平均愈合时间为5.4个月。结论应用跨关节外固定架联合有限内固定治疗严重胫骨Pilon骨折疗效满意,可作为治疗Pilon骨折的首选方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the treatment of severe Pilon fracture with the external fixator combined with limited internal fixation. Method Fifty-eight patients with severe Pilon fracture were treated by external fixator combined with limited internal fixation. Result In the group, 27 were excellent,18 good. The total percentage of good clinical results was 77.6%. The average healing time were 5.4 months. Conclusion Treating severe Pilon fracture with the external fixator combined with limited internal fixation is an effective method and the method can be a first choice of treating severe Pilon fracture.更多还原
