【摘要】 目的回顾分析我院有限切开混合外固定治疗Pilon骨折的病例,探讨AO分型B和C型Pilon骨折的治疗方法。方法对2000年以来AO分型B和C型共18例Pilon骨折给予有限切开混合外固定治疗,同时术后对症处理和功能锻炼。结果随访6～21月,按Mazur评分标准:优11例,良4例,中2例,差1例,优良率83.3%。骨折不愈合1例,延迟愈合2例,软组织浅表坏死1例,外固定失效1例,畸形愈合1例,8例踝关节活动较健侧有不足;骨性关节炎有4例发生在踝关节外侧,2例发生在内侧。结论充分的术前计划、恰当的手术时机、有限切开混合外固定是治疗B和C型Pilon骨折的有效治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize retrospectively the clinical therapeutic of AO Type B and C Pilon fracture. Me-thods From2000,18 patients with AO Type B and C Pilon fractures were treated with limited internal fixation combined with external fixation. Results All patients were followed up ranged from 6 to 21 months. According to Mazur func-tion assessment system,the curative effect was excellent in 11 patients,good in 4,fair in 2 and poor in 1,the excellent and good rate was 83.3%. Conclusion Abundance operation plan,correct operation time,limited internal fixation combined with external fixation can improve therapeutic effects in AO Type B and Type C pilon fractures.更多还原
