SUS304不锈钢耐腐蚀性硅氧烷复合膜的研究
Corrosion Behavior of Composite Silylanization Functional Bis-silanes Films on SUS 304 Stainless Steel
【摘要】 为提高SUS304不锈钢在溴化锂溶液环境中的耐腐蚀性能,采用双功能性1,2—二(甲基二乙氧基硅基)乙烷和正硅酸乙酯为原料,在SUS304不锈钢表面制备了BMBSE/TEOS硅氧烷复合膜,并对复合膜的性能进行了表征。结果表明,复合膜与水的接触角为101.4°,远大于正硅酸乙酯膜的接触角,表现出更强的疏水性;在质量分数为55%的溴化锂溶液中的动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗测试表明,与正硅酸乙酯膜和SUS304不锈钢机体相比,功能性BMBSE/TEOS硅氧烷复合膜极大地改善了SUS304不锈钢的耐腐蚀能力。
【Abstract】 To improve anti-corrosion performance of SUS 304 stainless steel in LiBr solutions,functional bis-silanes bis -1,2-[methylbisethoxysilyl]ethane(BMBSE)and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)composite silylanization film was formed on SUS 304 stainless steel.The properties of the films were investigated and characterized.The results showed that a perfect BMBSE film was successfully formed on SUS 304 stainless steel.The contact angle of the film is 101.4°,which was greater than that of orthosilicate film,and it had a strong hydrophobic performance.The results of potentiodynamieal polarization curve and EIS in LiBr solutions with a mass fraction of 55% indicated that the BMBSE/TEOS)composite silylanization film had obviously improved the anti -corrosion performance of SUS 304 stainless steel.
