【摘要】 目的:探讨预防呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)发生的护理措施,为预防和治疗VAP提供了科学依据。方法:114例ICU实施机械通气治疗超过48小时的病人,从改变卧位、防止误吸,改变呼吸机环路的更换时间、人工气道的管理、改变吸痰方法、改变鼻饲方法等方面改进护理措施,进行回顾性的分析、总结。结果:改进护理措施后,使VAP的发病率由原来的50.3%下降至35.1%,病人能够尽快脱离呼吸机,从而平均缩短了住院时间2.2天。结论:通过改进护理措施,能大大降低呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the nursing measures about preventing ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP), so as to pro- vide reference data for improving the management of VAP. Methods: 114 patients in the ICU were all given mechanical ventilation more than 48 hours, improving the nursing measures such as changing the position, preventing the aspiration, correcting management of airway and ventilator circle, changing nutrition measures. All the data were reviewed and analyzed. Results: After improving nursing measures,the incidence of VAP decreased from 50.3 % to 35.1 % and the patients could get rid of ventilator as soon as possible, shorten the hospi- talization for 2.2 days. Conclusion: Improving nursing measures can reduce the incidence of VAP significantly.更多还原
