【摘要】 目的:探讨手部Ⅱb亚区屈指肌腱断裂的急诊修复方法和临床疗效。方法:2005年3月至2006年9月,急诊修复25例31指Ⅱb亚区同时断裂的指深、浅屈肌腱,采用Tsuge缝合法修复指浅屈肌腱,Strickland缝合法修复指深屈肌腱,显微修复腱纽,术后Kleinert法早期功能锻练。结果:随访时间1～1.6年,平均1.4年,采用TAM评定标准评价疗效,31指优良率90.32%。结论:对手部Ⅱb亚区屈指肌腱断裂采用不同方法急诊修复指深浅屈肌腱和腱纽,结合术后早期系统功能锻练,可有效防止肌腱术后断裂和粘连。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the surgical remedial methods of emergent flexor tendon rupture in zone lib and its curative effect.Methods:31 fingers with flexor tendon rupture in zone lib in 25 cases were treated by Tsuge technique in FDS,Strickland tech- nique in FDP,microsurgical techniques and early functional training from March 2005 to Sep 2006.Results:The following-up was from 1 year to 1.6 years,and the total superior rate was 90.32 % according to the TAM standard in 31 fingers.Conclusions:The rupture and conglutination of flexor tendon could be prevent effectively alter repair of the injuries in zoneⅡb in different ways and postoperative ex- ercise.更多还原
