【摘要】 目的:分析我中心儿童医院抗生素的应用情况。方法:统计我中心儿童医院2006年抗生素用药频度(DDDs)排序前15位及其用药金额排序和日用金额,并通过药敏实验对部分抗生素进行耐药分析。结果:DDDs排序前三位分别是头孢克洛、头孢呋辛钠和阿莫西林片;经测定的部分抗生素耐药严重。结论:抗生素的消费总体按照安全、有效、合理、经济的方向发展,临床应严格掌握使用适应证,避免滥用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the current situation of using antibiotics in the children’s hospital in Medical and Health Center for Women and Children of Qingdao.Methods:The use of antibiotics in the hospital in 2006 was analyzed,including defined daily doses (DDDs)ranking the 15th among antibiotics and sorting of medicine amount and daily drug cost.The drug resistance of part of antibiotics was analyzed by drug sensitive test.Results:The first three places in DDDs sorting were Cefaclor,Cefuroxime sodium and Amoxil re- spectively.The part of the antibiotics determined appeared severe drug resistance.Conclusions:The general consumption level of antibi- otics should be developed in the direction of safety,utility,reasonable and economical use.So antibiotics should be strictly used accord- ing to indications in the clinical application.更多还原
