【摘要】 采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,对我国部分体育学院高水平运动员学训现状进行分析,解析影响学训矛盾的主要因素。提出对策:转变思想认识,端正学习态度;协调学习与训练时间,提高效率;发挥体育学院优势,建设高水平运动队;加大优秀运动员文化教育资金投入,改善办学条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research methods of literature,visit,questionnaire etc.were used to make an analysis of the present learning and training condition of high-Level athletes in partial institutes of Physical Education of our country,and the main factors forming the contradiction of learning and training as well.It put forward changing athletes’ ideological knowledge and setting right their learning attitude through ideological education;harmonizing the time of learning and training to enhance efficiency;giving play to the advantage possessed by institutes of Physical Education to construct high-level sports teams;increasing the investment in fine athletes’ cultural and educational fund,so as to improve school-running conditions.更多还原
