面向健康的城市水系生态修复方案优选方法

【摘要】 生态系统健康是水体生态修复的目标,但河段尺度的健康理念无法为城市水系生态修复提供明确指导,生态修复方案缺乏优选方法。识别了城市水系健康内涵,认为城市水系健康包括水量、水质与水生态健康,还应具有时空分布上的同质性。基于健康理念,提出城市水系生态修复方案优选技术路线,构建包括水量、水质与水生态的平均满足度、空间标准差和时间标准差等9项指标的城市水生态修复方案优选指标体系,提出多人多准则决策方法(TOPSIS),可实现灵活、快捷的方案优选。

【Abstract】 Ecosystem health is one of the objectives of water body’s ecological restoration,while the current health idea based on river reach scale cannot provide clear guidance for the ecological restoration of urban water system,and the shortage of optimal selection method for restoration scenarios is very serious.In this paper,the connotation of urban water system health was identified as embracing water quantity,water quality,and aquatic health with spatial and temporal homogeneity.Based on this health idea,the technical procedure of the optimal selection for the ecological restoration scenarios of urban water system was put forward,and the related indicator system was established,covering the average satisfying degree and the temporal and spatial standard deviations of ecological water demand,water quality,and aquatic ecosystem.The flexible and quick optimal selection of restoration scenarios could be realized by using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS).
