【摘要】 目前.逆向物流已成为物流管理中一个令人注目的新领域。与正向物流相比,逆向物流所涉及的物料大多是一些低价值,甚至是负价值物品,配送费和存储价值要远高于其自身残存价值,如果采用与正向物流相同的存储配送模式必然难以实现成本有效性。本文介绍了逆向物流管理中一种全新的理念:收集商管理库存(CMI),对其运作特点和思想方法作了详细解释,并建立了一套CMI供应商评价指标体系。结合某大型汽车生产企业选择CMI供应商的实际问题,建立了以ANP理论为基础的选择模型,并利用Super Decision决策软件求解。求解过程显示,应用ANP方法对候选企业进行筛选排序,解决了评价指标中同层次各因素的相互影响以及不同层次间反馈作用的问题,可以帮助决策者简便、有效地决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reverse logistics has become an outstanding area in the logistics management scope.Comparison with forward logistics, reverse logistics generally is dealing with low-value or even negative-value materials,its distribution and storage cost may exceed the remaining cost of product.Therefore,it is difficult to realize cost efficiency for reverse logistics if implementing the same distribution and storage pattern with forward logistics.A brand new idea for reverse logistics management:Collector Managed Inventory (CMI) as well as its operation characters and methodology is introduced,a set of index is also established for evaluating CMI suppliers.With regard to the real-life example of CMI supplier selection for an automobile manufacturer,a theoretic choice model based on analytic network process (ANP) is constructed,furthermore,the ranks of CMI candidates is calculated applying Super Decision (SD) software.With the ANP method it is recognized that there is feedback between the elements in different levels of the hierarchy and also between elements in the same level,so the decision elements are organized into networks of clusters and nodes.Therefore,ANP method can help decision makers constructing management decision models with dependence and feedback and making effective decisions.更多还原
