基于模糊数学模型计算杭州市资源水价
Based on Fuzzy Mathematic Model to Calculate the Water Resource Price of Hangzhou
【摘要】 随着社会经济的迅速发展,水资源遭到严重的破坏和污染,杭州市水资源供需矛盾日益突出。基于模糊数学模型可以较好地评价水资源的价值,得到较为合理的资源水价。根据统计资料,笔者计算出杭州市2006年资源水价应为2.11元/m3,相应的居民自来水价应为3.88元/m3,说明现行水价(1.85元/m3)与理论估算水价相比仍然偏低。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of social economy, serious destruction and pollution of water resource, the supply-demand contradiction of water resource is becoming obviously day by day. Using fuzzy mathematic model can evaluate water resource value and acquire a reasonable water resource price. According to the statistic data in 2006, we calculate the water resource price of Hangzhou should be 2.11 yuan/m3 and the relevant tap water price should be 3.88 yuan/m3. The result shows that, comparing with the theoretic price, the current tap water price (1.85 yuan/m3) of Hangzhou is still on the low side.
