【摘要】 目前,我国地质灾害防治资金绝大部分是由中央政府承担,调动地方政府投资积极性,强化地方政府的投资责任,是中央政府面临的一个重要问题。文章运用博弈理论,建立博弈模型,对我国中央与地方在地质灾害防治投资中确定投资份额的决策行为进行了分析,最后提出地方政府应成为防灾减灾的主导者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Most of the geological disaster prevention funds by the Central Government now. So, mobilize and strengthen the local government responsibility is a major problem. This paper used the game theory, established the game model, and analyzed geological disasters identified in the investment share of the decision-making behavior.
