【摘要】 海岛地域经济类型作为劳动地域分工的一种表现形式,有其一般性,也有其特殊性。2004年长山群岛地区生态足迹为1.6825hm2/人,生态赤字为0.9338hm2/人,同时还输出高达25.4608hm2/人的生态足迹。淡水足迹为0.3150hm2/人,为整个大连地区平均水平的10倍以上,赤字惊人。作为开放的经济系统,长山群岛不仅通过本地消耗造成大量的陆地生态赤字,更通过向区外输出大量水产品,贡献了巨大的海洋生态足迹,这使得长山群岛的陆地和海洋生态系统承受着较大的压力。通过对长山群岛生态足迹结构的分析,文章认为海岛地区生态足迹状况是本地区人口资源环境特点所决定的,更是其长期的劳动地域分工所形成的特定产业结构造成的。与海岛地区经济发展较高的生态成本相对,其人口与海洋资源生态环境的和谐程度直接关系到我国海洋国土的完整与安全。在此基础上,文章针对该地区可持续发展特点,提出了我国海岛区域寻求经济社会可持续发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one kind of regional division of labor, the regional economic type of island has its generality, also has its particularity. The ecological footprint of the Islands area of Changshan is 1.6825hm2 per capita in 2004, the ecological deficit is 0.9338hm2 per capita. Meanwhile, the output of the ecological footprint reaches as high as 25.4608hm2 per capita. The fresh water footprint is 0.3150hm2 per capita; it is above 10 times of the average level in entire Dalian area, the deficit is astonishing. As the open economical system, Changshan islands not only creates the massive land ecological deficit through local consumes, but also contributions the giant sea ecology footprint through outputting the massive aquatic products to the area outside. This has caused both of land and sea ecosystems of the islands of Changshan are enduring the tremendous ecological pressure. Through analyzing the structure of it, the article thoughts the actuality of the ecological footprint in the Islands of Changshan is decided by the characteristic of the local population-resources-ecology environment, and is more decided by the specific industrial structure which its long-term regional division of labor creates. Comparing with the high ecology cost on the economy development of the island area, the harmonious degree of its population and the marine-resource-ecology environment directly relates the integrity and security of our national sea-territory.
