高脂日粮中n-6、n-3脂肪酸配比对小鼠机体抗氧化能力及血脂的影响
Different ratio of n-6/n-3 PUFA effect on the anti oxidation and the blood fat metabolism in high fed diet mices
【摘要】 为了了解不同n-6、n-3系多不饱和脂肪酸配比对小鼠机体抗氧化能力和血脂的影响,通过测定饲喂6周不同饲料C57小鼠血浆中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)和致动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)并进行统计分析。实验结果表明,从改善血脂、提高机体抗氧化能力来看,n-6、n-3不饱和脂肪酸比例10:1组效果好于5:1组,若添加抗氧化剂LA,有利于改善机体脂质过氧化产生的不良影响,对预防动脉粥样硬化会起到积极的作用。
【Abstract】 The present paper mainly studies the different ratios between the n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) and the n-3 PUFA in high energy diet C57 mices effect on the blood fat metabolism and the capability of anti oxidation.Test the level of the total anti-oxidation capability(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),the malonaldehyde(MDA),the total cholesterol(TC),the triglyceride(TG),the high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),the low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and the atherosclerotic index(AI).Both the 5:1 and 10:1 mixture ratio oil has the effects on anti-oxidation and reducing the lipid peroxidation,clear the free radical,the capability changes following the ratio of n-6 and n-3 PUFA.According to this experiment,the ratio of 10:1 is better than 5:1 in both anti-oxidation and reducing the lipid peroxidation,especially in reducing the lipid perixidation.And with the help of the anti-oxidant LA,it could be more effect in cleaning free radical and prevent the atherosclerotic.
